Tomorrow’s Lunch 01/28/2013

I’m serving lunch Monday at my Accountant’s Office.

They’re having my Award Winning Pulled Pork Sandwich .  My recipe has won awards twice;

– eighth out of 75 entries in the 2010 Lakeland Pig Fest and

– 2nd place at the 2012 Renaissance Festival.

The Pork Shoulder is seasoned to perfection and then cooked for 5 hours on a low heat.  It’s pulled by hand so any impurities are removed and only the best part of the pork shoulder remains.  We add our delicious barbecue sauce and combine for one of the best sandwiches you’ll ever have. It’s served with delicious homemade Cole Slaw.

The vegetarian selection is a Roast Multi-Colored Bell Pepper, Onions, and Zucchini on a toasted Hoagie Roll.  A delicious Vegetarian Potato Soup accompanies it.
