Tuesday’s Lunch 02/12/2013



Tuesday’s lunch is my award winning Italian Sausages. I’m serving the Baby Spinach Salad.

The Vegetarian selection is Scalloped Potatoes Gratin and Baked Asparagus tossed with Olive Oil and a touch of Garlic.

  1. I tried The scalloped potatoes gratin today and they were AMAZING!!! They were cheesy and flavorable! I definitely give this dish 5 stars!!!!

  2. Today’s special was just that, it was delicious and filling. I love Italian sausage and would like to think I personally make them very well, however the way the peppers and onions complimented the savory of the sausage was GREAT. I normally do not eat potatoes however, the flavor of the scallop potatoes was delicious, well cook, and creamy with a slight crust on the top. I never thought to be a fan of salad with fruit in however the salad was well prepared with the dressing and feta cheese definitely put a twist that I didn’t expect.

  3. I finally got a chance to taste the scalloped potatoes, the Italian sausage and the mussels chowder. It was incredibly DELICIOUS! The taste and texture of all the dishes were perfect. I’m looking forward to sample more delectables. Thanks Anthony.
