Monday’s Lunch 02/18/2013

So my client requested me to repeat a lunch that I prepared for her a week or so ago because her office staff loved it and she wanted to also buy lunch for another office staff of a business acquaintence of hers.  We prepared the Pot Roast Sandwich and Potato Salad.

The Beef Chuck Roast is seasoned and marinated over night.  It’s then cooked with Multi-Colored Bell Peppers, Celery, and Onions.  The each of the Multi-Colored Bell Peppers adds a unique flavor.  It’s slow cooked and allowed to stand for about 20 minutes so the juices don’t escape when we thinly slice it.  A mound of the juicy slices are layered on a Fresh Whole Wheat Hoagie Bun with Tomatoes and Shredded Lettuce.  No wonder it’s a favorite.
