Wednesday’s Lunch 02/27/2013

Wednesday’s lunch is a delicious Shrimp Po-Boy served with scrumptious Potato Skins.  We take fresh peeled and divined shrimp.  I only use 31-40 count shrimp because I want the customer to have a hearty sandwich.  The shrimp are soaked in butter milk and then dredged in our special breading which is made fresh.  We deep fried them in Canola oil to a crispy perfection.

Tomato slices and shredded lettuce are placed on a toasted Wheat Hoagie Roll with our special sauce.  It ready for the finished shrimp.

Delicious!

We baked Russet Potatoes and scooped out the middle.  We baked the scooped out shell a few minutes more to get a crispiness.  We take freshly cooked crispy Bacon and Cheese with a little Green Onion to top the Potato Skins.

Yum!

Our Vegetarian selection is Oven Roasted New Potatoes with Sauteed Onion.  It’s topped Broccoli and Triple Cheddar Cheese topping.  It was really good.
