Thursday’s Lunch 02/28/2013

Thursday’s Lunch was Barbecue Fried Chicken Sandwiches.  We take tender boneless skinless chicken breast and slice them into strips.  They’re then perfectly seasoned and a delicious coating is applied before frying to a golden brown.

It’s delicious just like this but we take it a step further by adding our scrumptious Barbecue sauce and then bake just until the sauce adheres to the chicken.  We put on a toasted Potato Bun.

The result is one best sandwiches you’ve ever had.

Served with a side of Spicy Coleslaw.

Our Vegetarian Selection is stuffed Multi-Colored Bell Peppers over Roasted New Potatoes w/Sauteed Onions and a side of the Spicy Coleslaw of course.
