Making Crab Cakes

So I get a call from a gentlemen that had some of my Crab Cakes months ago.  He happen to be with a local college and they’re looking for something different to be taught in their culinary department.  So he asked if I could make something that he could impress the deciding committee with.

Since he enjoyed the Crab Cakes (Like many of other customers have), I’m making Crab Cakes with a Remoulade Sauce accompanied by my Tender Baby Spinach Salad (Always a favorite).

Let’s hope this does the trick.
