Making It A Happy Gluten Free Easter Dinner For The Flannery Family

The Flannery Family asked me to prepare their Easter Dinner for them.  They are a Gluten Free family which is really exciting challenge for me.  I always have to give kudos to my buddy Scott Maxwell for embracing various cuisines.  In this case, Gluten Free Cuisine.

I love the challenge of making specialty cuisines that have a reputation of being bland delicious.

I cooked

–  a delicious Baked Ham w/a Pineapple Reduction Glazed

– Rosemary Chicken w/Chipoline Onions and Mushrooms served w/Basmati Rice

– Gluten Free Mac and Cheese

– Roasted Asparagus

Here is the clients comment:
