Game Day Menu – New England Clam Chowder and more

It’s another Hats Off To Dining Catering Game Day at Linksters Tap in Brandon! Since New England is playing you have to have Clam Chowder on the menu. We also have Grinder and Crab Cakes. For the non – seafood fans we have our Award Winning Pull Pork and our delicious BBQ Wings. And it still more to come!

Linksters Loves New Orleans Cuisine 09/15/2013

So Linksters hire Hats Off To Dining Catering, Inc to cook for Game Day Sundays. Since Tampa plays New Orleans, you know I’m not going to miss an opportunity to cook Gumbo and make Muffaletta Sandwiches. I would have take a photo of them but they were gone so fast. Great food with Football. They’re happy.

I have been cooking since I can remember. Both my parents were awesome cooks. My skill and interest in cooking comes from trying to cook as well as they did. Although many of my friends and family love my food, it pales to their cooking.

I started catering in 2002 with my best friend Scott. We named the company Hats Off To Dining Catering. We actually started out critiquing restaurants and a friend, Rachel, asked us to cater her wedding. The guest loved our food and Hats Off was born.

My blog is try to help others cook different type of meals. I will try to include the technique of how the dishes should be cooked along with the recipes. I’d appreciate knowing if you tried any of the dishes I share and how they turned out for you.
